We have updated our popular DT770 Modding kit to the New V3 . This version of the kit is designed for people who already have a pair with the V1 or V2 kit. This is to upgrade to the new tuning.

No special tools are needed and you do not need to unsolder the driver in order to fit it.

We can not be held responsible for any damage caused by clumsy fitting. The kit has been designed to be as easy as possible to fit and all the pieces are self-adhesive. The weights just stick into place as they are self-adhesive. The damping material is pre-marked and all you have to do is cut along the lines for a perfect fit.

Customer service and warranty

We know that you are paying a premium for our headphones. Which is why we make our headphones durable and reliable. But in the unlikely event that you do have an issue with them, please get in contact with us. We are happy to help you. We offer a full 2 year ‘return to base’ warranty, and we keep all spare parts in stock, so that we can also send replacement parts if necessary. Outside of the warranty period we still offer repairs on all our products for a fair price.

International orders

Close to 70% of our customers are outside of the UK, so we have a lot of experience with international orders and worldwide shipping. All packages over £50 have a form of international tracking.

– European packages normally take 4-6 days.
– US, AUS and Canada packages normally take 7-10 Days.
– Packages sent to the rest of the world can vary depending on local postal services.
– Packages shipping outside of the EU may be delayed in customs, but the tracking system should keep you updated of its progress.

(For customers outside of the UK only) Unfortunately, customs duties and fees may be charged when ordering from outside of the UK. This is outside of our control. we are NOT responsible for import duties. We will NOT write false information on a customs document in order to lower fees. All items have the UK tax removed and this will need to be paid by yourself when your item arrives at your local customs office.
