Building upon the successful launch of our aluminium HD25 ear cups, we have developed our custom painted ear cup range. Rather than letting the parts go to waste, we’ve transformed them into unique pieces, to customise your headphones.

Each ear cup has been carefully prepared and then individually painted, resulting in a diverse and vibrant collection of designs. These painted ear cups are now available as spare parts. Offering you the opportunity to elevate the aesthetic of your own headphones. They come as a set of two ear cups, each bearing a distinct design, ensuring that no two sets are exactly alike. Whether you’re looking to replace worn-out cups, add a splash of colour, or simply express your individuality. These painted ear cups provide a stylish and functional solution.

*PLEASE NOTE: These are replacement parts. You are required to dismantle your headphones in order to install them.

Customer service and warranty

We know that you are paying a premium for our headphones. Which is why we make our headphones durable and reliable. But in the unlikely event that you do have an issue with them, please get in contact with us. We are happy to help you. We offer a full 2 year ‘return to base’ warranty, and we keep all spare parts in stock, so that we can also send replacement parts if necessary. Outside of the warranty period we still offer repairs on all our products for a fair price.

International orders

Close to 70% of our customers are outside of the UK, so we have a lot of experience with international orders and worldwide shipping. All packages over £50 have a form of international tracking.

– European packages normally take 4-6 days.
– US, AUS and Canada packages normally take 7-10 Days.
– Packages sent to the rest of the world can vary depending on local postal services.
– Packages shipping outside of the EU may be delayed in customs, but the tracking system should keep you updated of its progress.

(For customers outside of the UK only) Unfortunately, customs duties and fees may be charged when ordering from outside of the UK. This is outside of our control. we are NOT responsible for import duties. We will NOT write false information on a customs document in order to lower fees. All items have the UK tax removed and this will need to be paid by yourself when your item arrives at your local customs office.
