Description

We will work with you to create a one off custom design for the HD25 headphones that you already own. The cost includes the design and paint service. You can send us ideas for the design, and we will work with you to create a one off design just for you. We create digital mock-ups on the computer first to get the design right before we create the real thing.

Please send in your own headphones. We will provide instructions on how to do this after purchase.

Some things to note…

1 – These headphones are typically airbrushed by hand. The thinnest lines we can produce are 1mm, so there is a limit to the amount of details we can reproduce. Big bold designs are easier to see in photos and will come out nicer.
2 – There may be small imperfections. The paint is translucent, so it can be tricky to get a perfect finish. These are for DJs and will look amazing from a distance, but if you look really closely there may be tiny imperfections in the paint. This does not affect the design overall.
3 – The design will be on a 3D object. Things that work well on a flat surface, sometimes won’t work on a curved surface. A good example is a grid pattern or tartan. Parallel lines converge on a curved surface so it may not always be possible to make some designs.
4 – We mix most colours by eye, so they will be close but not exact. We can get custom colours mixed exactly if you are OK with the extra cost and wait times.
5 – We can use UV reactive and glow in the dark paints. White is not UV reactive as standard, but we can mix a UV pigment in to make it glow blue under UV. UV colours are difficult to work with, so we try to limit the number of different UV colours used in a single design. Our designers can talk you through that. Glow in the dark paint has tiny glowing flecks in it. from a distance it will look like a solid colour but up close it will have some flecks glowing brighter than others.

As official Sennheiser and Beyerdynamic partners, we always have the latest HD25 version and spare parts in stock. All of our custom headphones are airbrushed and painted by hand. We spend a great deal of time making sure each pair gets a finish that will last in a professional environment for years, which is no small feat.

Customer service and warranty

We know that you are paying a premium for our headphones and that they are a very important part of your life. Our headphones are made to be durable and reliable, but if you do have an issue with them, please get in contact with us and we will assist you. We offer a full 2 year warranty, and keep all spare parts in stock, so that we can send replacement parts if necessary. Outside of the warranty period we still offer repairs on all our products at a fair price.
