The 3D printed parts are designed to replace the original grills on the HiFiMan Edition XS headphones. These inserts will re-tune the Edition XS to make it’s tuning closer to the Arya Organic. This will create more air in the high end and make them a bit brighter. If you are sensitive to sibilant sounds, these may not be for you.<\/p>\n
Use double-sided tape to affix the driver wires to the black felt that surrounds the outside of the driver. This step is important to ensure that the wires remain out of the way during installation and do not interfere with the magnets. While the modification process is relatively simple, it is important to proceed with care to avoid potential damage to the headphones. The mod can generally be completed safely and quickly if instructions are followed attentively. However it should be noted that any damage incurred during installation is the responsibility of the user.<\/p>\n
